Ryans Paragon Hotel calls an historic listed building home, having been part of the fabric of Circular Quay since the 1880’s.

The style of the hotel is a relaxed mix of classic and contemporary with the whole hotel newly refurbished. On the ground floor is the Sports Bar with full TAB facilities opening out onto an open air courtyard and the Jessie Street Gardens.

Upstairs the Top Bar and Velvet Lounge are comfortable and welcoming during the day, serving an extensive barfood menu with hearty meals and snacks to share. Also upstairs there are cosy snugs between the floor to ceiling windows and pool tables overlooking bustling Circular Quay.

    I haven't stepped in Paragon since it was renovated. It's nice! The pizzas are great, sangria are nice, atmosphere good. Only downside is that the upstairs is now open air, which means people can smoke. I haven't smelt cigarettes smoke in ages, so that's the only thing that put me off.

    Love the rooftop setup. Gets really crowded on friday evenings. Nice atmosphere and amazing energy! Also opposite Circular Quay so easy to get to

    Not too shabby... They had a woman playing guitar and singing upstairs and she was really good, but should have been more of a focus. The upstairs has a cool feel in general.

    Great food & atmosphere but they charged $4.50 for water & coded in the til as soft drink..bit suspicious so check ur receipts
