Situated in down town Fitzroy, Sentido Funf is a sexy little Garden Lounge Bar with a big secret. Out front you'll find the main bar with a menu to suit the cocktail lover, beer drinker and wine connoisseur alike, accompanied by a laid back, comfortable lounge room. There's also a food menu to delight anyone's taste buds. Delve a little further and you'll discover a hidden oasis - a garden playground for adults. A beautiful tropical garden with crawling vines, hidden walls, swaying palms, and in the midst of all that, the "Green Room" with it's impressive tree growing up through the glass roof. This garden of earthly delights is one space you won't want to miss out on, or leave... Drop in mid-week and share a tasty beverage or three with the friendly staff and management. Try one of the table kegs, or at least ask about them, they are impressive! On the weekend, Sentido Funf is open from 2pm so you can get in early and soak up the sun in the garden. Be ready to let your hair down and "shake your thang" later on a Friday and Saturday, whilst on Sunday, funk trio "Shay's Soul Sessions" provide the ingredients for that perfect Sunday Session.

    Bumped up to four stars because their young and hip staff were quite welcoming to a small group who fell far, far outside the FBG's target market. On entry, the Fitz looks like the scurviest of dives, but it's mostly just patina. And it has (surprise!) a very serviceable beer garden out the back. Could use some more chairs and tables, but I sense that later in the evening it's a different crowd who are happy to be on their feet, so no points lost for that. Useful music played at tolerable levels. Had some interesting beers on tap (vintage Coopers) and a crew willing to chat about it. Good beer, good team, well done. Well worth a stop-in if you're passing by (and everyone passes by the corner of Gertrude and Smith sooner or later). Have gone back and will return again when next in the neighbourhood.

    Great ambiance and a super fun dance floor over the weekend. Great spot to come down and meet some new people or boogie with old friends. Drinks are moderately priced and bar staff are friendly.

    A interesting little bar, albeit a bit quirky. They had some nice beer on tap, and the beer garden out back was great to relax in on a warm afternoon. The barman was happy and helpful. Don't judge the place on the "unique" furniture or the sticky-foot carpet at the bar - pop in and give them a go.

    Cool eclectic place, great garden out the back, the $10 parmas with trivia on a Wednesday are the best! Great venue

    Pretty good atmosphere and vibes. Adequate provision of alcohol and good music. Nice inside area away from the crowds too. Entry was seamless and the guards were stock standard. This is basically your local hipster venue, and it checks out based on locality and adjacent tram line. Happy to be a patron here on a Saturday night.
