    We were lucky to have a quiet celebration at Pelagos. We enjoyed a seafood platter for 2 and it was all awesome ...well-prepared portions of mussels, white bait, snapper (fish of the day) and calamari. The service was great and it included some time with the chef Adrian. We were going to skip dessert as we were quite full but Adrian gave us a sample of the lamb shoulder and it helped us decide what we're having next time.
