  Very very good service. I was 35 weeks pregnant and ordered a steak well done, they made sure I was happy with how it was cooked and also made me aware of a sauce that someone else on the table ordered that would not be safe to eat during pregnancy.

  Awesome place! We were looking for a steak place in Melbourne and found this restaurant online reading reviews here. At first it doesn't look like much, more of a semi casual pub that you would go to watch sports and do your weekly betting. We quickly understood that we went to the right place once we saw the raw pile of meat on display in the kitchen. The steak was really well cooked and of very good quality, all this at a very decent price too. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good piece of meat while in Melbourne .

  If there's a better steak to be had in Melbourne I'm yet to try it. A traditional Aussie pub turned exceptional steak restaurant. Utilises some of the best beef in the country and cooks it to perfection. Expensive, but we'll worth the visit if you're in the area.

  Went for dinner last night and would definitely return!! Scotch fillet steak cooked medium rare, absolutely perfect! The day was seared perfect, it was melt in your mouth delicious. The sides of cauliflower and onion rings, perfect. A great night out with a great atmosphere and fantastic food, well done!

  Eye fillet wrapped in bacon. Sounded like a good idea. Flavour and texture didn't match though. Inside the wrap, steak was perfect. On the other hand, scotch fillet was dry and overcooked ... Service turned from an unfriendly welcome at the door to super friendly bar and table service was nice as well. Not what it used to be, but still nice.
