  It was a very cold night and the only thing on the menu for vegetarians was a salad. I so wanted something warm in my tummy! The chef very kindly made up a wild mushroom risotto for me, it was perfect: comfort food and delicious. Thanks so much!

  Our company have now held several corporate events at the Grand Richmond. Our host Kirsti so friends and helpful and always delivers first class service and no task is too big. The food is always beautifully presented and tastes amazing. I would highly recommend them.

  We had a fantastic evening at The Grand. A function for 24 people set up in the courtyard. Although a very cold evening the space provided us with great warmth and beautiful ambiance. Our food was delicious and all our guests were very impressed with the evening. Staff were very attentive especially Kirsty and Alex. Thanks to all at The Grand for making our joint 70 Th birthdays very memorable. We could not rate the venue more highly.

  Beautiful pub this one. Plenty of outdoor seating with gas heaters above. I'm pretty sure that there's only a small section for smokers outside. It's mostly non smoking and I've never been bothered by smokers, and I sit outside all the time at this pub, in the beer garden. The cheapest Pinot Noir that they have is beautiful, and they have fantastic meals. Just a great pub with a great atmosphere.
