  Nicely run pub, not cheap but clean with reliable quality and service that's good, friendly & competent. Plenty of parking at rear. Good coffee. Usually some interesting specials. Popular with retirees for lunch. Takes credit cards. Can run a tab.

  Would like to congratulate the chief. This is the best menu that OE has had. Taking the time to add flavous to complement each dish. And also incorporating old favourites with a modern twist. Freshness is the key. Well done.

  Visited on a Saturday evening recently and enjoyed a meal in the dining room which was very cosy. Service was excellent by hotel standard and food equally good. Only disappointment was the trio of dips which were ok but pricey. Still, by mine one of the better "pub" venues located inner North of Melbourne.

  We just love this place. Go there for lunch every few months. The food is lovely (though maybe a bit pricey for some) and the atmosphere is just elegant and enchanting. A certain 'must go and check it out'!
